RETURN POLICY
You may return items, within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please send us an email at info@jaccadeaux.com explaining why you are sending the product back. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For all returned items, you should expect to receive your refund shortly after we receive the item back at our headquarters and check it.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items if for example the size is not right. If you wish to exchange, there will be an additional cost for shipping of the new item.
SALE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discount items unless the item is faulty.
FREE SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA
We are delighted to offer FREE shipping to our Australian customers. To our overseas customers shipping will be calculated on weight. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
